Libration ("the app", "we") computes Western (tropical) and Vedic (sidereal) astrological charts, transits and related readings from birth data you enter, and optionally generates AI-written interpretations. The app is free to use: there are no paid plans, and nothing is sold.
All content the app produces — charts, scores, timings, compatibility results and AI readings — is provided for reflection, entertainment and self-exploration only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other kind of professional advice, and must not be used as a basis for decisions about health, treatment, relationships, employment, investments or legal matters. Consult a qualified professional for such decisions. You remain fully responsible for your own choices.
The app is local-first: the birth data, charts, journal entries and readings you create are stored in your own browser, not on our servers. You are responsible for backing up your data (Settings → export). Clearing your browser storage deletes your data.
The app is free. There are no subscriptions or in-app purchases, and we never ask for payment details. If paid options are ever introduced, these terms will be updated before anything is offered for sale, and nobody will be charged for anything they did not choose to buy.
AI readings are written by the provider you choose in Settings: a model on your own computer, or a cloud service you connect with your own account and API key. Your use of a cloud provider is governed by that provider's own terms, and anything it charges is between you and that provider. Automated, abusive or resale use of the app's AI features is not permitted.
You may not use the app to harass others, process another person's data without their consent, probe or attack our services, or violate any applicable law.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Astronomical calculations are made with care but accuracy is not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms; the current version always applies and is available at this address. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
